Rothbridge convened the group to create a partnership of highly skilled construction specialists with nationwide coverage that have the potential to deliver end-to-end compliant projects from inception through to realisation. Governance implemented into the group included underpinning technology and facilitating collaboration to enable growth through larger projects.
A cornerstone company creates an internal trickle-down approach within the group so more of the profits from projects are maintained within the group. We placed an experienced, sector-blind Chair to support the strategic growth plan and facilitate meaningful cross-sector experience. The group is in the process of undergoing a strategic short-term growth plan while preparing for an exit.
